As Vice President of Business Development for KMEA, Lynn Nixon is responsible for capturing new business opportunities and maintaining current contract relationships.
Lynn’s experience includes 37 years as a Federal Civil Servant, from which she retired as a GS-14 senior property manager with an unlimited contracting officer’s warrant and was responsible for a building portfolio consisting of approximately 3 million square feet of space. Lynn was awarded the prestigious International Building of the Year award from the Building Owners and Managers Association.
A native of Scottsdale, Arizona, Lynn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kennedy-Western University. She also graduated from Harvard University, Graduate School of Design, Office of Executive Education, Emerging Leaders in Real Estate. Lynn is a certified Envision Sustainability Professional from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure; and a Real Property Administrator and Facilities Management Administrator from the Building Owners and Management Institute International.
